SIMAX : A one-of-a-kind architecture

SIMAX masters the knowledge of your company's data and processes. It is not centred, as other software, on tens or hundreds of programmed windows in order to carry out a task. It is a single and unique Intelligent Dynamic Window which is able to be displayed in the most appropiate form according to user's request.

SIMAX : A unique flexibility

All the functionalities of SIMAX are 100% customizable. Throughout the software, "plus minus" links enable the supervisor (a member of your company) to access to a configuration window and to easily modify the software features. This modification is carried out in safety because if the configuration modification has an impact on the rest of the software, SIMAX asks for a confirmation or displays a report.

Form personalization

In order to personalize captions within forms, you can directly modify the caption in the margin. It is easy! You do not need to be a computer specialist to adapt SIMAX language to your company's vocabulary.


In order to modify the existing controls of a form, the "plus minus" link ,which is at the bottom of each form, enables you to display the list of controls. Thus, you can delete or add some of them, change the order of controls, change computation formulas and the mandatory character of controls...



The possibility of deleting form controls allows you to lighten the interfaces and simplify the software to meet your need. You can also match the controls of your previous software with the same caption and order to maintain your habits and facilitate users'joining.

Form/Table creation

Adding functionalities to SIMAX is as easy as modifying or creating an Excel(c) spreadsheet ! You create a form (configuration menu -> new form) and you indicate the controls to include in this form. From your description, SIMAX carries out all the labour : it creates a new table in the database in order to store data and it creates actions (display, new, modify, delete, duplicate, print, list, search) to enable your users to act on data (according to their access rights).

Modification of the menus

Thanks to the "plus minus" link at the bottom of each menu, you can easily modify menu options (new, modify, order...). Thanks to the "plus minus" link on the right of the menus, you access to the list of menus in order to create new menus, delete some menus and create new ones (to access to the new functionalities which you have added by configuration)

Personalization of the reports

All the data of SIMAX may be printed by the SIMAX intelligent automatic impression system. According to the data, the system determines the most logical and harmonious way to print them.

If you really want a very particular report format, SIMAX enables you to create report models (with Word(c) for instance, but in html or in text format, too...) in order to print the data according to the model. Creating models with Word(c) is easy, everybody in your company is able to use Word(c).

Decision-making personalization

SIMAX enables to modify or discribe crosstab tables to restitute your data in decision-making form (table and graph).

Personalization of the processes and workflows

SIMAX enables to personalize processes and workflows, company's validation circuits and the alerts with its system of automatisms which are easy to modify and describe.

Other personalization
