On June of 2005, they made the decision of using SIMAX in order to plan their trainings (substitution of a notebook). On November of 2005, they made the decision of using SIMAX to set up their estimates and invoices. Thus, SIMAX enables them to calculate the OPCA budget in order to suggest adjusted estimates which allow their customers to make finance their trainings. Thereby, Direct English increases customers' satisfaction as well as the turnover.
